About the Role
Reporting to our General Manager, Emerging Products, on the Product Management team, we are seeking a Product Services Analyst, KYC. Currently, we are hiring candidates based in the United States, preferably in New York City. You will drive the completion of KYC requests, facilitate customer onboarding, and play a key role in launching our new KYC services business. If you have a strong background in KYC processes, excellent organizational skills, and experience creating detailed structure charts in PowerPoint, we want to hear from you.
Base pay range is $116,000—$163,000 USD, considering location, experience, and skills. Positions are also eligible for equity grants and possibly additional compensation such as commissions.
Primarily in the United States (including New York), with some roles in APAC (Hong Kong) and EMEA (UK).
Occasional travel required, typically at least twice per year for team events and collaboration.
