About the Role
Reporting to our General Manager, Emerging Products, on the Product Management team, we are seeking a Product Services Analyst, KYC. Currently, we are hiring candidates based in the United States, preferably in New York City. You will drive the completion of KYC requests, facilitate customer onboarding, and play a key role in launching our new KYC services business. If you have a strong background in KYC processes, excellent organizational skills, and experience creating detailed structure charts in PowerPoint, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

1. KYC Request Management: Complete KYC requests by answering questionnaires, providing supporting documents, and communicating effectively with customers and their counterparties.
2. Customer Onboarding: Organize and manage files and precedents to facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers.
3. KYC Service Launch: Contribute to establishing and growing Ontra's new KYC services business.
4. Customer Communication: Engage regularly with customers, ensuring clear and positive interactions in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, law clerk, or in a legal tech company.
• Prior KYC experience at a bank or private equity fund.
• Ability to interface directly with customers and counterparties to gather information and ensure a smooth KYC process.
• Strong attention to detail in handling high volumes of KYC requests and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
• Potential for growth into more strategic responsibilities with relevant experience.

Pay Transparency

Base pay range is $116,000—$163,000 USD, considering location, experience, and skills. Positions are also eligible for equity grants and possibly additional compensation such as commissions.

Hiring Locations

Primarily in the United States (including New York), with some roles in APAC (Hong Kong) and EMEA (UK).
