Job summary

Abcam, a Danaher operating company based in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Senior Specialist (Product Safety) to lead SDS generation, hazard data interpretation, and global chemical-regulation compliance. You will partner with the Regulatory Compliance Manager, monitor regulatory changes, drive SDS workflows in WERCS, and advise cross‑functional teams on governance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs or related field.
• 4+ years in Regulatory Administrator, Regulatory Affairs or product compliance.
• Experience applying EU, CLP, GHS, OSHA/HCS, REACH or global chemical regulations.
• Advanced SDS authoring experience and related software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, maintenance, and compliance of SDS for global markets using WERCS.
• Support strategy alignment with Regulatory Compliance Manager and cross‑functional partners.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates in SDS workflows.
• Provide guidance on SDS authoring, hazard data interpretation and governance requirements.
• Oversee governance and quality checks across antibodies, proteins, peptides, and lysates portfolios.
