Job summary

Abcam, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Senior Specialist (Product Safety) based in Waltham, MA. You will serve as SME for product safety compliance, lead SDS and hazard data activities, and ensure alignment with global regulations across regions.

Reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will support process improvements, monitor regulatory changes in WERCS, guide colleagues, and partner across cross-functional teams to maintain SDS accuracy and

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
• 4 years in regulatory admin/affairs or product compliance.
• Experience applying global chemical regs (EU CLP, GHS, OSHA HCS, REACH).
• Advanced SDS authoring experience with relevant software.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDS generation and maintenance for global markets using WERCS.
• Support regulatory strategy and process improvements with the manager.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement in workflows.
• Provide SDS guidance, hazard data interpretation, and governance.
• Oversee Service Cloud inquiries and governance of antibodies/proteins/lysates.
