Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to ensure product compliance, safety documentation, and EHS initiatives. You will collaborate with R&D, operations, and commercial teams to meet regulatory requirements and support safe market access.

Responsibilities include creating SDSs, maintaining supplier documentation, monitoring regulatory changes, and supporting audits and reporting. The role requires a chemistry/environmental science background and strong organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience with EPA, OSHA, TSCA, FDA, PFAS, Proposition 65, and other regulatory requirements.
• Previous regulatory, product stewardship, or EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and supplier documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards, including food-contact packaging requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to the organization.
• Respond to internal and customer inquiries related to product safety and compliance.
• Lead safety initiatives and support EHS compliance programs.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and other compliance-related activities.
