Rippling is seeking a Product Research Lead to shape the future of our HR, IT, and Finance product platforms. You will drive research across new products, categories, customer segments, and AI-native work methods, partnering with product, design, engineering, and data teams.

You will lead qualitative research, recruit the right participants, and translate findings into strategic direction for leaders. This is an influential role that blends analysis with storytelling to guide product decisions.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Frame important questions before a solution or roadmap is defined.
• Learn how companies operate: people, systems, rules, incentives, and workarounds.
• Identify participants and recruit the right people for answers.
• Conduct rigorous qualitative research and combine with data and market evidence.
• Find patterns in messy evidence and explain what matters.
• Identify key jobs customers will adopt and translate into product opportunities.
• Write and present a clear main judgment with supporting evidence.
• Build trust with partners and mentor the team on research practice.
• Strengthen the team's research practice through critique and leadership.
