Aurora in Mountain View, CA seeks a Program Integration Lead to coordinate and deliver Aurora Driver features and performance improvements across software releases. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into executable software plans and manage complex dependencies.

The role requires a strong technical background and superb communication skills to align stakeholders from Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly Release Planning: Coordinate with Business Development, Product Strategy, Engineering and Operations to plan quarterly outcomes.
• Feature Release Execution: Define release scope and track status and risks across cross-functional programs.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor metrics tied to customer success and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Communications: Create artifacts and present tradeoffs to senior leadership.
• Dependency Management: Identify dependencies across onboard/offboard tools and SOPs.
• Software / Product Ops Liaison: Collaborate with Product Operations to forecast fleet demand.
• Risk Escalation & Mitigation: Flag risks and outline mitigation strategies for leadership.
