Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Industrial/Quality Engineering.
• 0–2 years of quality engineering or related experience.
• Familiarity with 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, SPC, or Six Sigma.
• Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, reliability data, or related areas.
• Strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate quality issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Participate in root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze product, manufacturing, and quality data for trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Prepare customer quality responses and technical reports.
• Support quality management systems and continuous improvement.
• Help implement lessons learned into development and manufacturing processes.
