Job summary

Oracle US seeks a seasoned Quality Engineer to partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Development, driving risk identification, quality controls, and improvements to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

You will lead manufacturing quality support, CAPA investigations, IQC/OQC oversight, and NPI activities, while focusing on PFMEA, control plans, and data-driven problem solving across high-tech manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering.
• Experience in electronics, hardware, high-tech manufacturing, or related industries.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
• Proficiency in SPC, FMEA, MSA, DOE, Control Plans, CAPA and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Quality Support: Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection criteria, and process control documentation.
• Problem Solving & CAPA: Lead root cause investigations and implement CAPA with verification.
• Incoming & Outgoing Quality Control: Support IQC/OQC inspections and data analysis to improve processes.
• New Product Introduction (NPI): Support PFMEA, Control Plan, risk assessments and manufacturability reviews.
• Customer Quality: Assist in customer complaint investigations and quality reviews.
