Responsibilities include:

• Establishing quality plans and conducting root cause analysis.
• Collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Facilitating audits and investigating non-conformances.
• Leading continuous improvement efforts and preparing quality reports.
• Utilizing advanced quality planning techniques like PFMEA, MSA, and 8D.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with AS9100, NADCAP, and aerospace standards.
• Strong root cause analysis and quality auditing skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• ASQ CQE certification or Six Sigma certification.
• Proficiency with quality tools and data analytics.
