Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Quality Engineer to join our team, focusing on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Post Sales activities. This role will be based in Milwaukee, WI, with a hybrid work arrangement, reporting to the Product Quality Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support NPI processes.
2. Develop and implement quality plans, inspection criteria, and test methods for new products.
3. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
4. Monitor and analyze post-sales product performance and customer feedback.
5. Work closely with manufacturing and development teams to resolve quality issues and improve reliability.
6. Participate in design reviews, providing input on quality and reliability.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
8. Develop, evaluate, revise, and apply quality assurance protocols for inspection and testing.
9. Ensure activities and products comply with company standards and government regulations.
10. Analyze trends in inspections and recommend corrective actions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product quality
• Experience with NPI processes
• Knowledge of product development stages
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with post-sales support and customer feedback
• Quality certifications (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt)
• Proficiency with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma)
