Job Description

Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products. Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations. Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary. Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed. Ensures compliance with internal and external specifications and standards such as ISO regulations. Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Quality Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Post Sales activities, ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. You will work hybrid from Milwaukee, WI. You will report to the Product Quality Manager.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Develop and implement quality plans, inspection criteria, and test methods for new products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Monitor and analyze post-sales product performance and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and development teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on quality and reliability aspects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, evaluate, revise, and apply technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in product quality
  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
  • Product Development process (Concept, Design/development, prototyping, testing, and commercialization/Utilization)
  • Agile Methodology knowledge
  • Familiarity with post-sales support and customer feedback analysis
  • Certification in quality engineering (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt)
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma)
