Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to help deliver high-quality software and contribute to the development and enhancement of our Quality Platform. You will play an essential role within the quality engineering team, collaborating with engineers and product teams to ensure the platform meets high standards of software quality.

You will be part of a dedicated, distributed team utilizing advanced testing techniques to improve our platform's quality. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will work closely with Agile teams, providing expertise on quality engineering and supporting the overall success of the product.

1. Contribute to the automation-first quality strategy and improve testing practices for our evolving platform;
2. Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers on testing new features and designs;
3. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality engineering tasks;
4. Support and mentor junior quality engineers, sharing test techniques and best practices;
5. Work with Customer Support to reproduce defects, address escalations, and resolve issues;
6. Maintain and improve testing processes, tools, and automation frameworks.

Your Skills and Experience

Key Qualifications

• Strong understanding of test methodologies and principles;
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with automation tools like Katalon, Cypress, or Playwright;
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Groovy, Java);
• Experience with mobile and API testing;
• Knowledge of automated build/deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines);
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, SAFe);
• Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments;
• Ability to support testability, define acceptance criteria, and collaborate on non-functional requirements;
• Proficient in English communication and presentation skills.

Bonus Points

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent;
• Experience with WinApp testing;
• Experience with performance testing tools like K6;
• Familiarity with cloud testing providers such as LambdaTest, Kobiton, BrowserStack, and Sauce Labs;
• Knowledge of Data Engineering, data platforms, machine learning, and AI;
• PSM I certification.
