Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of Personal Auto Insurance?

Our Insurance account is seeking a strong Personal Lines Auto Pricing Program professional to join the Auto Delivery team. This role will own and execute end-to-end rollout of personal auto insurance pricing programs across assigned states, partnering with State Operations, Technology, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end rollout of personal auto insurance pricing programs across assigned states.
• Gather, document, and communicate product/pricing requirements to business and technology stakeholders.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned pricing programs and states.
• Provide recommendations that influence state decisions and support broader corporate strategy.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and moderate-to-high complexity projects.
• Perform complex analysis to support business decisions, including research of competitor offerings and insurance filings.
• Partner with IT to communicate the business vision, requirements, and impact of pricing changes.
• Manage project timelines, identify risks, develop contingency plans, and elevate blockers.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead job-shadowing sessions and provide technical training and user support to business teams.

• Experience in Personal Auto Insurance, particularly product, pricing, rating, or state implementation.
• Strong project/program management experience with multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience gathering and translating business/product requirements for technology teams.

• Understanding of insurance rating programs, pricing mechanics, filings, and state regulatory requirements.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
