Job summary

PTR Global in Boston is seeking a Personal Auto Insurance Pricing Program professional to own end-to-end rollout of pricing programs across states, collaborating with State Operations, Technology, Data Science, and other teams.

The ideal candidate has strong product/pricing experience in personal auto, excellent program management, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, manage timelines, risks, and deliver data-driven results.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Auto Insurance, particularly product, pricing, rating, or state implementation.
• Strong project/program management experience with multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience gathering and translating business/product requirements for technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct complex research and analysis.
• Understanding of insurance rating programs, pricing mechanics, filings, and state regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end rollout of personal auto insurance pricing programs across assigned states.
• Gather, document, and communicate product/pricing requirements to business and technology stakeholders.
• Serve as the SME for assigned pricing programs and states.
• Provide recommendations that influence state decisions and support broader corporate strategy.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and moderate-to-high complexity projects.
• Perform complex analysis to support business decisions, including research of competitor offerings and insurance filings.
• Partner with IT to communicate the business vision, requirements, and impact of pricing changes.
• Manage project timelines, identify risks, develop contingency plans, and escalate blockers.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead job-shadowing sessions and provide technical training and user support to business teams.
• Experience in Personal Auto Insurance, particularly product, pricing, rating, or state implementation.
• Strong project/program management experience with multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience gathering and translating business/product requirements for technology teams.
