Job summary

ALOIS Solutions is seeking a Product Manager with P&C insurance experience to support personal auto pricing and rating program implementations for a leading insurance organization.

You will own end-to-end rollout across states, gather requirements, lead cross-functional projects, and manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications while delivering data-driven recommendations and training to junior analysts.

Qualifications

• P&C Insurance domain experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with insurance pricing, product, rating, regulatory, or state operations is strongly preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to demonstrate business impact/KPIs through analysis and recommendations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Atlassian, AI tools, Python, or SAS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end rollout of personal auto insurance pricing programs across assigned states.
• Gather and document requirements, conduct research/analysis, and develop recommendations that support business and state-level decisions.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Business, IT, Technology, Data Science, and State Operations teams.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and implementation activities.
• Analyze competitor offerings and regulatory filings where required.
• Create business artifacts, communicate complex concepts clearly, and provide training/coaching to junior analysts.
