Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex product development, NPI, or cross-functional programs in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Experience in structured product development environments (phase-gate, APQP).
• Strong ability to align cross-functional teams to strategic objectives and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product development and improvement programs on time, on budget, and on specification.
• Serve as the single accountable leader for program execution and communication across assigned programs.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
