Job summary

CACI is seeking a highly organized Senior Project Management Specialist for the United States Secret Service contract under the DHS umbrella. This role focuses on coordinating governance and program management as part of modern product management practices within the OCIO.

Qualifications

Master's degree + 7 years of experience in program/project management, product coordination, or PMO operations; equivalencies considered.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Proven experience coordinating complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables.
Strong project management skills, schedules, milestones, and progress monitoring.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-priority management.
Experience with governance support, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Confluence.

Responsibilities

Coordinate product management initiatives, schedules, dependencies, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
Support governance activities by coordinating forums, preparing materials, tracking decisions, and follow-through.
Support Stakeholder Engagement Plan execution with status updates, agendas, and briefing materials.
Develop reporting mechanisms and executive summaries to provide leadership visibility into portfolio health.
Identify, track, and manage risks and issues; maintain risk registers and remediate actions.
Coordinate dependencies across products and teams; align with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity standards.
Develop and deliver key artifacts including PM Framework & Playbook, Portfolio & Roadmap, and templates.
Support product lifecycle from conception through delivery, operations, improvement, and sunsetting.
