• Master's degree and 7+ years of program/project management experience.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong scheduling, milestone tracking, and progress monitoring.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication with executives and diverse teams.
• Knowledge of governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product management initiatives and integrated schedules.
• Support governance forums and decision tracking.
• Prepare stakeholder communications and briefing materials.
• Develop reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
• Identify and manage risks and issues in product delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies across products and enterprise architecture.
• Prepare deliverables like Product Management Framework and Roadmap.
• Support product lifecycle from conception to sunsetting.
• Assist change management with training and communications.
