Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or technical program management experience.
• Strong engineering collaboration with product and engineering leads.
• Experience owning program roadmaps and cross-team dependencies.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage escalations.
• Proficient written communication and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program plan with OKRs across product, engineering, UX, content, and GTM.
• Drive prioritization tradeoffs with Product and Engineering.
• Manage delivery schedules and launch readiness for globally distributed teams.
• Surface risks early and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain program documentation and governance artifacts.
