Job summary

Pearson is hiring a Lead Specialist in Higher Education Product Program Management to own an end-to-end program across product, engineering, UX, content, and go-to-market. You will drive the roadmap, dependencies, risks, and realistic timelines, working with multiple teams globally to optimize delivery and outcomes.

You will lead prioritization, cadence, pre-reads, and governance, ensuring clear decisions and visibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or technical program management experience in tech, product, or software.
• Experience leading multi-team programs from planning through launch in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions using delivery data.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program plan across product, engineering, UX, content and GTM.
• Set OKRs, manage dependencies, risks, and roadmaps across cross-functional teams.
• Drive schedules, launch readiness, and decisions across globally distributed teams.
• Surface risks early and propose actionable mitigations with clear recommendations.
• Foster strong relationships with engineering, product, UX, content, and finance teams.
