Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or technical program management in tech or software.
• Experience leading multi-team programs from planning to launch.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage escalations under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plan across product, engineering, UX, content, and GTM.
• Prioritize tradeoffs with Product and Engineering leads.
• Drive delivery schedules and launch readiness across globally distributed teams.
• Surface dependency risks early with recommendations.
• Build relationships across Engineering, Product, UX, Content, Finance, and go-to-market teams.
• Write and maintain the program charter with milestones and metrics.
