Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a senior product leader to define and own the portfolio vision across North American Group Benefits. You will partner with engineering, architecture, and executives to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, balancing regulatory needs with client commitments and modernization goals.

You will oversee large-scale migrations, drive platform health, and manage cross‑functional stakeholder alignment across Canada and the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Platform Leadership.
• Deep expertise in Group Benefits Administration with U.S. market knowledge.
• Proven track record leading multi-product portfolios at enterprise scale.
• Experience overseeing modernization and large-scale migrations.
• Strong executive-level communication across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a unified portfolio vision addressing regulatory, compliance, and market needs across Canada and the U.S.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps balancing innovation, client commitments, modernization, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead prioritization decisions to reduce fragmentation while preserving competitiveness.
