Job summary

TELUS Health in North America is seeking a Senior Product Portfolio Manager to own the strategy and investments across the Group Benefits Administration portfolio. You will drive a unified vision, align stakeholders, and partner with senior leaders to steer modernization while managing regulatory challenges.

You’ll lead multi-team initiatives, oversee migrations, define readiness gates, and measure portfolio health, balancing client needs with long-term platform health across Canada and the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Product Portfolio Management, or Platform Leadership roles in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Group Benefits Administration, especially U.S. market.
• Proven track record leading multi-product portfolios at enterprise scale.
• Experience overseeing modernization and large-scale migration programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a unified portfolio vision for Canada and the U.S. Group Benefits landscape.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps balancing innovation, commitments, modernization, and regulatory needs.
• Prioritize investments and reduce platform fragmentation while maintaining competitiveness.
• Partner with Product Managers and Architects to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Oversee large-scale client migrations and modernization initiatives with readiness gates and governance.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders, communicating portfolio topics to executives and enabling strategic decisions.
• Ensure alignment with evolving North American regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.
