Qualifications

• Product management mastery demonstrated by senior-level deliverables.
• Ability to craft decks, memos, roadmaps, and executive-ready materials.
• Strong rubric-driven evaluation of PM outputs.
• Structured product reasoning and clear technical writing.
• Experience with strategic product frameworks and JTBD concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design gold-standard PM deliverables across PRDs, launch memos, and roadmaps.
• Prepare executive-style updates, strategy briefs, and cross-functional briefs.
• Review AI-generated PM outputs for structure and prioritization.
• Develop rubrics that define quality standards for PM work.
• Differentiate leadership, strong drafts, and early-stage outputs.
• Annotate common PM failure modes like vague objectives and weak tradeoffs.
• Assess balance of customer needs, business goals, and tech constraints.
• Apply product frameworks to evaluate strategy and solution design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reflect authentic PM workflows.
