Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Sr. Product Partner to translate rate-led strategies into retention and engagement plays across field and digital channels. You will drive new money production, CD maturity management and targeted customer treatments to deepen relationships.

You will collaborate with Pricing, Analytics, Marketing, Digital, and Retail teams to optimize treatments, messages and banker engagement while managing performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, deposit strategy, or related fields.
• Experience translating portfolio insights into field and digital execution strategies.
• Experience partnering with Pricing, Product, Analytics, Marketing and Digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage targeted MMA and CD growth & retention plays.
• Lead CD maturity journeys and win-back strategies.
• Translate insights into channel actions and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Analytics for customer targeting and treatment strategies.
• Translate opportunities into actionable field plays with clear actions.
