Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities and commercial judgement required.
• Ability to translate portfolio insights into practical customer actions.
• Cross-functional leadership across Pricing, Analytics, Marketing, Digital, Retail and Relationship Banking.
• Experience translating portfolio, pricing or customer insights into field and digital execution strategies.
• Experience developing customer targeting, treatment, communication or behavioral-nudge strategies.
• Experience establishing performance measures and closed-loop reporting for programs.

Responsibilities

• Retain and deepen deposits by translating MMA and CD opportunities into targeted strategies and field plays.
• Lead CD maturity journeys, retention treatments and balance-consolidation opportunities.
• Identify priority customer groups based on maturities, balance movement and relationship depth.
• Translate insights into clear treatments, channel actions and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Analytics to develop targeting, triggers and opportunities for MMA/CD relationships.
• Develop communications, nudges, offers and banker opportunities to support retention.
