Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Sr. Product Partner to translate rate-led portfolio and pricing strategies into targeted retention and deepening plays across field and digital channels. You will drive new money production, CD maturity, and retention journeys while partnering with Pricing, Analytics, Marketing, Digital, and Retail teams.

You will shape field plays, digital experiences, and training for bankers, with governance and measurement to ensure retention and relationship growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/finance related field.
• 8+ years in product management, deposit strategy, portfolio management, or related roles.
• Experience translating portfolio/pricing insights into field and digital execution.
• Experience developing customer targeting, treatment or nudging strategies.
• Experience partnering with Pricing, Product, Analytics, Marketing, Digital, Retail or relationship-management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead retention and deepening strategy aligned with portfolio and pricing direction.
• Translate customer and portfolio insight into clear treatment strategies and actions.
• Develop targeted customer segments and treatment designs for MMA and CD relationships.
• Deliver field enablement plays with clear rationale and success metrics.
• Define digital enablement requirements and determine optimal digital vs. field mix.
• Establish governance with scorecards and closed-loop measurement for performance.

Education
