Job summary

Catalyst24 is seeking a Product Owner for our System Engineering Team in Dearborn, MI. You will define and prioritize system features, manage the backlog, and ensure alignment between customer needs and engineering deliverables.

Ideal candidates have extensive automotive domain experience, MBSE proficiency (MagicDraw/SysMLv2), and strong Agile skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and drive seamless integration across subsystems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product ownership or systems engineering in automotive.
• Strong understanding of system engineering principles.
• Experience in automotive domain (ADAS and chassis preferred).
• Hands-on with MBSE tools (MagicDraw or SysMLv2).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage system features and backlog for the product.
• Analyze customer needs and translate into actionable system requirements.
• Manage interfaces between features and subsystems; ensure integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to align expectations.
