Job summary

ZENITH INFOTEK LLC is seeking an experienced Product Owner for automotive supply chain and logistics to lead vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills, along with hands-on Agile experience and a deep understanding of inventory, distribution, and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or related field.
• 10–15 years of overall professional experience with significant product ownership/management.
• Strong experience supporting automotive supply chain and logistics products or initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business priorities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, supply chain, logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Drive product releases and ensure deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and business outcomes to support data-driven decisions.
• Conduct market and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities within automotive supply chain and logistics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions, priorities, and updates.
• Coordinate with distributed and international teams to support global supply chain initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Automotive Supply Chain and Logistics to lead product vision, roadmap planning, backlog management, and delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of automotive supply logistics, inventory management, distribution, and supply chain processes, along with hands-on experience working in Agile environments. This role requires strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Automotive Supply Chain / Supply Logistics.
• Knowledge of inventory management, material flow, transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Product Owner, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar product management tools.
• Experience working in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with automotive supply chain standards, processes, and regulations.
• Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and product performance metrics.
• Experience working with global supply chain and international teams.
• Understanding of ERP, SCM, WMS, TMS, or other supply chain technologies is a plus.
• CSPO, SAFe, PMI, or other Agile/Product Management certifications are a plus.
