Job summary

Dallas County seeks a Senior Product Owner for Information Technology to lead strategic planning, prioritization, and delivery of complex digital products. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering with developers, analysts, UX designers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure measurable value and alignment with county goals.

You will mentor junior Product Owners, drive roadmaps, and facilitate workshops to translate business goals into deliverable features, balancing user needs

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Five years of work-related experience in product management, business analysis, or IT project leadership.
