Dallas County seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, planning, and delivery of digital public services. You will define vision, align technology with business goals, and guide cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from concept to sustainment.

The role emphasizes accessibility, equity, and transparency in county digital products, with strong stakeholder engagement, governance, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Product Management, or related field.
• Six years of work-related experience in product management, business analysis, or IT leadership, including two years of supervisory experience.
• Certifications (Preferred): CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Special Requirements/Knowledge: Ability to commit to digital equity, accessibility, and innovation in public service.
• Ability to manage complex, enterprise-wide product initiatives.
• Skill in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and SDLC.
• Ability to lead, analyze, and think strategically.
• Knowledge of IT governance, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Defines and manages the product vision, goals, and roadmap for a portfolio of county technology solutions.
• Oversees end-to-end delivery across the product lifecycle—from concept through release and sustainment.
• Monitors product performance, adoption, and satisfaction to ensure successful outcomes.
• Leads prioritization of features, enhancements, and technical investments across delivery teams.
• Partners with support and operations teams to ensure service continuity and user satisfaction.
• Champions accessibility, inclusivity, and equity in public-facing digital products.
• Establishes product development standards and delivery practices across teams.
