Dallas County seeks a Senior Product Owner for information technology strategy and strategic engagement. You will lead strategic planning, prioritize complex digital products, and own the end-to-end lifecycle while partnering with developers, analysts, UX designers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver measurable value aligned with County goals.

You will mentor junior product staff, drive backlog prioritization, and ensure governance, security, and accessibility standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of work-related experience in product management, business analysis, or IT project leadership.

Responsabilités

• Drives execution of high-impact product initiatives from backlog to release.
• Owns backlog prioritization and aligns with business objectives and user outcomes.
• Defines epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and data-driven insights.
• Leads sprint planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives for multiple delivery teams.
