Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Owner for Asset & Wealth Management analytics to transform data into governed platforms, ensure end-to-end lineage, and drive NLP-powered BI adoption. You will lead cross-team initiatives to accelerate strategic data platforms and improve data governance across AWM.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage COE platforms (Alteryx, Tableau, ThoughtSpot), and advocate for safe NLP-enabled analytics while maintaining strong controls and high-quality service

Qualifications

• Product Owner/Product Manager with data/analytics platform delivery experience.
• Knowledge of BI tool ecosystems (Alteryx, Tableau, ThoughtSpot) and adoption.
• Ability to drive adoption across a large user community.
• Experience with evergreen processes and audit-aware environments.

Responsibilities

• Represent Asset & Wealth Management in cross-firm BI tool adoption discussions; support lifecycle governance and communications
• Support AWM teams onboarding to strategic BI platforms, including enablement and success measures
• Maintain required platform training and build COE expert depth (Q1/Q2 deliverables)
• Deliver strong service for COE-supported platforms with internal partners and vendors (Alteryx, Tableau, ThoughtSpot)
• Develop and enforce platform controls; manage and reduce exceptions via automation/self-service
• Standardize support intake and delivery via ServiceNow, with reporting and continuous improvement
• Promote maturity of platform usage through advanced enablement patterns
• Build and maintain a deep AWM stakeholder network (forums/advisory groups; Q1/Q2 deliverables)
• Reduce reliance on non-strategic data sources through transparent reporting and governed data products/Data Mesh
