Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lending Product Owner in Wealth Management to lead end-to-end product lifecycle, voice of the customer, and profitable product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient products and maximize client value.

You will guide launches, gather feedback, and iterate to ensure top-tier client experiences while driving profitability and scalability across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post-Graduate with 5–10 years in Banking / Financial Services, at least 3 in a similar role.
• Expertise in defining and building product strategy and roadmap; strong prioritization skills.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and research to uncover customer solutions and integrate into the roadmap.
• Maintains and develops a product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Leads the Product Testing & Release management strategy.
• Mentors a team of product analysts/associates and supports their growth.
• Facilitates collaboration within scrum teams and with other departments.
• Acts as the primary contact for product-related queries and updates.
• Continuously improves processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Uses design thinking to de-risk investments by validating assumptions with user feedback.
