Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree; in lieu, a comparable mix of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and product ownership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and prioritize backlog to maximize business value.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria; refine backlog continuously.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and delivery teams to ensure progress.
• Define KPIs and use data to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
• Communicate delivered value to stakeholders and support risk/compliance requirements.
