Job summary

PNC is seeking a Product Owner II for its Retail Lending portfolio, based in Pittsburgh/Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Wilmington, DE; or Washington, DC. You will lead discovery and delivery of customer experiences, own backlog priorities, and partner with Senior Product Owners and BSAs to drive value across digital and serviced channels.

You will work through quarterly planning, daily scrums, and sprint reviews, owning the MVP-driven roadmap while balancing risk, stakeholders, and performance

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a Product Owner role, with emphasis on customer outcomes and agile practices.
• Experience in coordinating with stakeholders to manage backlogs and drive value.

Responsibilities

• Owns the vision and the product backlog; guides the Scrum team to focus on high-value work.
• Defines and communicates the product vision to meet client requirements and business objectives.
• Prioritizes and grooming the backlog; collaborates with Scrum Masters for delivery of working software.
• Serves as primary contact for questions from the team and reviews delivered increments.
• Faces the team with a MVP mindset to deliver frequent, reliable software.
