Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with DT strategy and priorities.
• Serve as the primary business representative for the DT agile team and communicate priorities.
• Own and manage the product backlog with epics, features, and user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Scrum Masters, Developers, Architects, and SMEs to plan sprints and refine backlog.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other functions to gather requirements.
• Ensure products comply with governance, cybersecurity, cloud and data standards, and regulations.
• Lead product demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder engagement for transparency.
• Monitor product health, adoption, and performance using metrics for improvements.
• Support deployment planning, change management, and user enablement for releases.
• Demonstrate CORE behaviors and drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
