Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aircraft engines and aerospace systems, seeks an experienced Product Owner for the Enablement Team within the F135 Program Digital Solutions organization. You will bridge business challenges with technology solutions, emphasizing agentic AI and data mesh principles to drive innovation and value.

The role requires hands-on agile experience, overseeing enterprise technology releases and aligning with standards, while quickly understanding business user challenges

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; STEM degree preferred.
10+ years of software product development experience, or 7+ with an advanced degree.
U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

Develop and clearly communicate the Product Vision
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs
Create and refine Product Backlog items
Prioritize and order Product Backlog items for maximum business value
Ensure transparency, visibility, and shared understanding of the Product Backlog
Collaborate with team members and the enterprise throughout development and delivery
Communicate the delivered business value effectively to stakeholders
Support the Product Manager in strategic and tactical planning
