Job summary

Goodwin Procter Boston seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner to bridge business strategy and technology delivery across the firm's GO Team. You will translate strategic objectives into roadmaps, manage backlogs, and convert complex needs into actionable requirements.

You’ll lead stakeholder workshops, map processes, and collaborate with engineering, data, security, and partners to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, product ownership, product management, technology consulting, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology products or transformation initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product ownership and strategy, translating objectives into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering to design scalable solutions.
• Direct delivery with agile practices, backlog management, and validation through acceptance testing.
