Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years relevant business experience.
• Experience with enterprise data products, analytics, governance, or data platform initiatives.
• Ability to define and measure product value through outcomes, adoption, quality, or impact.
• Experience partnering with business leaders, data engineers, architects, analysts, and delivery teams.
• Understanding of iterative development and Agile processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate problems into priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders to align work with the roadmap and provide feedback.
• Create, maintain, and refine the product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate customer and stakeholder needs to meet business objectives.
• Coach team members on Agile practices to mature the team.
• Align roadmaps and sprint plans across product teams for maximum value.
• Engage with customers and users to uncover implicit and explicit needs.
