Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This role blends hands-on full‑stack engineering with product thinking to shape digital care delivery and improve patient/provider experiences.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $106,900 – $147,000 annually. You will influence the roadmap, build accessible interfaces, and deliver scalable web apps, integrating GraphQL and AI coding tools in daily development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering, incl. 3+ years full-stack web development.
• 2+ years React, Node.js, GraphQL; focus on accessible UI design.
• Experience shaping product direction and delivering outcomes from ambiguity.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot in daily development.

The role combines hands‑on full‑stack engineering with product thinking, requiring close collaboration across technical and product partners to turn ambiguous problems into scalable solutions. You will influence the roadmap, build accessible user experiences, and deliver reliable web applications that support meaningful healthcare outcomes.
