Job summary
Humana is seeking a Senior Product Owner - Technical to drive product strategy and backlog for agile delivery teams. You will align the roadmap with technology standards, write user stories, and prioritize work that delivers customer value.
You will collaborate with product management and senior management to shape the product direction, communicate strategy to stakeholders, and ensure clear acceptance criteria for features. This is a remote US position with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 5+ years of technical experience in application security, DevSecOps or product security.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Experience translating business needs to technical requirements.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment on complex issues.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, SAFe and Agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Own backlog and articulate product vision in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to drive value and define features.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for increments.
- Align roadmap with strategic objectives and key results.
- Provide product subject matter expertise to delivery teams.
