Job summary

CME Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. is seeking a Manager, Product Owner for Data Curation to bridge data engineering and business stakeholders.

You’ll drive value on the UDAP data lakehouse, shape the product vision, and enforce governance to deliver high-quality curated data assets aligned with client needs. Responsibilities include backlog leadership, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on prototyping with datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years as Product Owner/Technical PM/Data Manager in modern data platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog for the Unified Data Platform (UDAP).
• Collaborate with data engineering and stakeholders to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and PI Planning to align across pods and data domains.
