Job summary

Deltek seeks a senior IT/Business Analyst with extensive Product Owner experience to own the LTCT product backlog and drive end-to-end testing and Hypercare across multi-workstream initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to translate business objectives into prioritized deliverables and ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
• 15+ years as IT/Business Analyst with Product Owner experience.
• 12+ years implementing sales, customer care, order processing, or billing systems; SaaS/Software environment preferred.
• Experience leading end-to-end testing and Hypercare for large multi-workstream programs.
• Salesforce and billing systems experience required; Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ preferred.
• Membership in industry associations or Salesforce certifications desired.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for LTCT workstreams and translate objectives into deliverables.
• Lead discovery sessions with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT; define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate refinement, sprint and release goal setting, demos, and outcome validation.
• Capture feedback from sprint demos and testing; disposition and escalate as needed.
• Serve as escalation point for requirements ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
• Define and lead E2E test strategy, plan, and execution governance.
• Lead Hypercare: support model, staffing, intake and transition to steady-state.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and workstream leads on environment and cutover planning.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Product Owners/BSAs and developers.
