Job summary

PRIORITY Quality Consultants, on behalf of its client, a well-established IT firm, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner to join its team. The successful candidate will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, working with Project Managers, Technical Team Leaders, and Development Teams to ensure delivery of complex IT solutions.

Responsibilities include reviewing specifications, identifying gaps, translating requirements into clear user stories with acceptance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar IT/software development role.
Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, user story creation, and technical task breakdown.
Experience using Jira or similar PM/issue-tracking tools.
Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and Tech Leads.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and evaluate functional specifications and business requirements.
Identify gaps, ambiguities, dependencies, and risks in requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Technical Team Leaders to break down user stories into technical tasks.
Act as a liaison between project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Monitor project execution and identify delays, dependencies, and challenges.
Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates to management.
Support backlog management, task prioritization, and development coordination.
Maintain clear documentation of requirements, user stories, and specs.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
