Job summary

McLeod Software is seeking a Product Owner, MPact AI to direct product vision and development priorities for RespondAI and Rate products. You will translate goals into actionable requirements, guide delivery across teams, and ensure capabilities meet quality and business value standards.

The role requires strong leadership to manage staff, align customer needs with AI-driven products, and prioritize features with data-driven evaluation.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience as Product Owner or similar leadership role focused on software delivery.
• Experience owning software roadmaps and backlogs, translating business needs into requirements.
• Experience delivering software using Agile/Scrum frameworks; transportation/logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities for RespondAI and Rate products.
• Gather feedback and usage insights to identify opportunities and prioritize enhancements.
• Own the product backlog and acceptance criteria; coordinate releases with engineering teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews; support delivery obstacles as needed.
