Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Product Owner to collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to transform complex problems into intuitive, high-quality products. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, define KPIs and adoption metrics, prioritize features, and use feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have a strong sense of product judgment, experience with live software products, and comfort working

Qualifications

Experience as a Product Owner/PM or similar role.
Experience owning a live software product.
Strong product judgment and problem-solving skills.
Experience using KPIs, usage data, and customer insights.
Strong written communication and stakeholder management.
Comfortable working in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
Define product goals, KPIs, adoption metrics, and outcomes.
Prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
Turn ambiguous problems into focused, executable releases.
Use customer feedback and product data to improve the product.
Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
Move quickly while maintaining a high standard of product quality.
