Job summary

RTX seeks a Program Operations Manager (POM) to support the Sentinel and DLA 3 programs in Forest, MS. The role involves coordinating with the Sentinel and CLK IPT, Manufacturing Work Centers, and other partners to ensure on-time integration of material and labor for manufacturing and contract schedules.

The candidate will spend time in Forest factory areas and drive program development through capture, proposals, development, execution and close-out.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree beneficial.
• EVMS L2 certification or ability to learn.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sentinel and CLK IPTs, Manufacturing Work Centers and Functional Partners.
• Lead the operations effort for engineering change orders.
• Develop and manage manufacturing plans and program schedules.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and bid coordination for new development.
