Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Owner to guide data and billing capabilities, partnering with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate strategy into execution. The role requires strong technical fluency, disciplined Agile delivery, and ownership of release quality and validation.

The position is remote for US-based candidates only, with a compensation range of $110,000 to $125,000 annually and a flexible PTO/benefits package. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in data-centric environments.
• SME in product features with technical depth.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms and tools like BigQuery.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for UAT validation.
• Skilled in Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for data and billing teams by managing backlogs and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Write detailed feature epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate releases against requirements.
• Coordinate release planning and internal rollout communications.
• Collaborate with peer Product Owners to manage cross-team dependencies.
• Partner with Product Managers to align tactical execution with business strategy.
• Define and validate MVPs delivering incremental value.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on guiding the delivery of data and billing capabilities that support key operational workflows and product outcomes. You will partner closely with Product Managers, peer Product Owners, and internal stakeholders to translate strategy into clear execution. The position requires strong technical fluency, disciplined Agile delivery, and hands-on ownership of release quality and validation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for billing and data teams by managing backlogs and facilitating Agile ceremonies
