Job summary

Harvey is hiring a Product Operations Manager, Integrations to own the operating system behind our integrations and partner ecosystem. You will manage APIs, MCP servers, and third-party connectors, triage requests, and coordinate launches that scale the program with our growing partner network.

You’ll work inside an integrations-focused team, balancing partner needs with Harvey's roadmap and security bar, while driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Partner/BD, and GTM.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Partner or Ecosystem Operations, or related role in a high-growth tech or SaaS company
• Direct experience in integrations, APIs, or partner platforms
• Experience with app stores, marketplaces, or partner ecosystems
• Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfort discussing authentication, rate limits, schemas in API/MCP contexts

Responsibilities

• Own intake, triage, and prioritization of integration and API/MCP feature requests from customers and partners
• Triage issues, assess severity, coordinate resolution, and communicate status
• Manage relationships with technology and ISV partners across the integration lifecycle
• Plan and run early-access programs for new integrations and capabilities
• Coordinate cross-functional launches and validate operational readiness
• Translate feedback into clear requirements and roadmaps, and create partner-facing docs
